As a member of the Business Department at Star Global, you will participate in supporting the search, connection, and care for customers, while also gaining access to the actual sales process in the 3D/360 technology field.
This is an opportunity for you to experience a real business environment, develop communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills, and build a solid foundation for a future career in Sales, with the chance to become a full-time employee after the internship.
Responsibilities
- Connect and reach out to potential customers through channels such as phone, email, and social media to identify customer needs and requirements.
- Update, manage, and store customer information accurately in the CRM system or internal management software.
- Assist in consulting, answering questions, and taking care of customers during company workshops, exhibitions, or events.
- Draft quotes, proposals, and other business documents as directed by the manager.
- Participate in coordinating and supporting tasks related to business activities to ensure progress and work efficiency.
- Other tasks as directed by the Department Head and Management Board
Requirements
- Pursuing a major in Business Administration or related fields.
- Be proactive in work, respect deadlines.
- Quick, eager to learn, responsible, and passionate about sales and consulting work.
- Sociable, cheerful personality, good memory, and logical thinking ability.
- Full-time internship for 03 months.
- Has a personal laptop.
Preferred Qualifications
- Has experience interacting and working with customers.
- Knowledge of business, marketing, or technology fields is an advantage.
- Familiar with CRM tools or customer management platforms.
- Ability to read and understand basic English documents.
